Paella, In Memory

The net is down again at the apartment here in Tenerife. We’ve gone out for the day. For lunch, at a lovely coastal place, we saluted my late uncle with lunch:

If you’ve read my books, you recall paella. He loved that dish. I couldn’t resist. 🙂
